- Begin vote counting – ask for 2 volunteers (not affiliated with any current BOD or any nominee).
- Introduction of current board members and nominee
- Annual financials – Dallas Laone.
- Approval of minutes from open board meeting held on 02-22-2018.
New Business: (30 minutes)
- Enjoy refreshments – open forum..
- Brief discussion of accomplishments for past year:
- Maintained compliance for property owners with the Association’s governing documents.
- Dallas Laone of Dallas Laone Accounting LLC accepted Treasurer’s position from BOD (per PSPOA Bylaws) after a BOD resignation. Dallas is doing an excellent job.
- Work in progress toward making PSPOA 100% “FireWise”. Letters to be mailed to all owners with undeveloped lots with their options to come into compliance.
- Adopted a new Compliance Policy that went into affect on April 01, 2018. See our our website www.prescottsummitpoa.com.
7.. Implemented the plan developed by the BOD in 2017 to mitigate the 6.5 acre Canyon Common Area. Leigh Cosby will update.
- Announce vote count for the new board of directors
